ISSUE #4 - PARA AQUI
ISSUE #4 - PARA AQUI
Barcelona has always been a city we admire both on a personal level and professional level, but in particular from a coffee and a design point of view - so we have been looking forward to this. Issue #4 of Dial In Magazine took us to the Catalonian Capital to explore the workings of Three Marks Coffee.
Issue #4 breaks down how all Three Marks's (Marc, Marco & Marco) met, started roasting by borrowing different peoples spaces and are now a well established international speciality roastery on their way to their 3rd space in the city. In typical Dial In fashion we talk through their green buying programme and how that is being shaped up for the future, the design of the spaces, boxes and bags of coffee and much more. Being a Barcelona brand and their relationship with design, it felt only right to bring someone onboard who values design just as much and issue #4 includes a special feature from KINTO who talk us through how design and functionality stay at the forefront of their new line, LUX.
Issue #4 embodies the community feel Barcelona and its people have as we spoke to many of Three Marks' team and the role they play in the growth, Sergi, a well love and very skilled photographer and designer The Marks work with and some of Three Marks key accounts who are doing a fascinating job with coffee - maintaining the highest skill and pushing some boundaries. We also got so spend some time with Maria Lopez some of the brains behind Three Marks second space which is in shared ownership with Maria.
As always, a huge thank you to the people who made this happen: The Three Marks team, Brewed by Hand and KINTO.
